Among the trends that’ are shaping the new office traditions is working mobility. Sales representatives can be out of the office all day with just their mobile phones and skills to carry on a sales meeting. Thankfully there’s also mobile CRM that can ease their jobs by providing customer tracking and information processing on top of other functions. A survey by Innoppl shows that 65% of mobile CRM-enabled companies achieved their sales quota while 78% from non-mobile-CRM-enabled companies expressed that they did not achieve their quota.
