Customers: Friends or Enemies?

Do customers want their brands to be their friends? Here’s something to break your thought (and your heart): they don’t want to according to i-Scoop.

Customers, whether potential or existing ones, are actually hoping brands would respect them enough to help them in their purchase journey. They are not exactly clamoring for brands to be their friends although they expect to be treated nicely.

These clients are very particular with the kinds of words that brands use in dealing with them. If you want to keep them, use words that are friendly and warm and do not sound like a marketing pitch at all. They want  transactions to be smooth and authentic.
