According to NBC News, chatbots are the rage of different platforms around. These artificial intelligence systems interact with users via text. These interactions range from straightforward answering to queries or more complex interactions like troubleshooting problems.

The way these chatbots work is simple: the information is coded so that, in the event of a query, all related information  can be accessed to satisfy the customer’s needs. Because of its convenience, there are many companies that are attracted to bots.

One of the industries to embrace the chatbot trend is global banking. In the year 2016 alone, there have been an observable rush of these automated bot technologies in banks. It was seen to change consumer behavior and profit-margin expansion. However, there are some clients that express worry especially because banks are the primary target of tech attacks. The way banks address this is simple: stick to conversational intent. The deployment of bots is to facilitate excellent customer service but sensitive data is  referred to actual departments where individuals can assist them best.
